Responsibilities for Restaurant Server

•   Greet customers and seat them in the order in which they arrive.

•    Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested.

•   Take customer orders and relay them accurately to relevant team members.

•    Serve food and beverages.

•    Clear, properly clean and set tables between uses.

•   Collect payment from customers in a timely manner.

• Assist in training new employees as required.

• Anticipate guests' needs to facilitate and enjoyable dining experience.

Qualifications for Restaurant Server

•   2+ years of experience fine dining in a similar restaurant or major city.

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed customer expectations.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good attitude toward teamwork.

• Strong work ethic, with a willingness to take initiative.

• Confident, outgoing demeanor.

• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Ability to be mobile for a minimum of 4 hours, bend, stoop, and life a moderate weight.

• Be of legal age to serve alcohol.
