As the daughter of French-born parents who opened a restaurant soon after they arrived in the U.S., Charlotte has had a lifetime of experience in the food service industry. “At age nine I was helping my parents host and hang coats and eventually I was busing, serving and managing.” When she joined Rombauer in 2019 she’d spent over eleven years in the wine and food service industries, with numerous management positions in wholesale, restaurants and retail shops. Fluent in French and Spanish, Charlotte received the WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Level 3 Advanced Wine Certificate with Merit in 2012 and is currently enrolled in the WSET Diploma Level 4.
