- PLANETA LA SEGRETA BIANCO, SICILY -

A pale yellow color with green reflections. On the palate, balanced & refined, thanks to well measured acidit. Excellent as a fresh aperitif & very versatile in various antipasti, salads, & pasta dishes based on light sauces & seafood.

- FONTANNFREDDA BRICCOTONDO ARNEIS DOCG, PIEMONTE -

Soft, sweet and nicely mouth-filling on the palate, with a crips freshness. Served chilled, it makes for great aperitif. It is also ideal with fish, hors d’oeuvres, light staters, risotto & pasta.

- MICHELE CHIARLO LE ORME BARBERA D’ASTI DOCG, PIEMONTE -

Ruby red with violet hues, this elegant & intense wine offers notes of red cherry & red currants. A harmonious & well structured wine with a beautiful savory finish.

- LAMOLE DI LAMOLE MAGGIOLO CHIANTI CLASSICO DOCG, TUSCANY -

Its color is a deep ruby red. On the palate the oak, held at bay, by the wine’s ample fruit, leaves room for nuances of preserves & of spices, which are in perfect harmony with the bouquet.
