Moreover, Jordan's legacy goes beyond fine wine making and this family owned winery is in the forefront of sustainability preserving the natural habitat of their lands making way for other delicious offerings like their extra virgin olive oils and honey. Chef Patruno is excited to incorporate some of these ingredients in the menu he has paired with these spectacular vintages.
